Summit Inn has been restored to its Victorian era roots. When you walk through the door, you are welcomed back to a time when there was a slower, more peaceful pace to life. We invite you to think about waking up slowly to the aroma of coffee, fresh flowers and the smells of a sumptuous multi-course breakfast.

Breakfast is served either in the formal dining room for those of you who wish to meet other guests, or brought to your door, for dining in the intimacy of your room. Breakfast is available from 8:00 to 10:00ish, or any other time that we arrange together at the time of your arrival.

Local products are used as much as possible depending on season and availability. Some of the local treats we offer include: freshly roasted organic free-trade coffee from Northwoods Roasterie, artisian cheese from Eichten’s Bistro, Crystal Ball Farm organic milk, WineHaven wine, and local farmers’ market products.
