Our Policies...
A $45.00 / night/ room deposit is charged to reserve your room(s). We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. Minnesota’s sales tax is 6.875%, which is added to the final room cost. The balance of your stay will be charged at the time of check-out. For this we gladly welcome personal checks, a credit card, or of course cash!
Our cancellation policy: If cancellation happens, it needs to happen 15 or more days prior to the start of your stay, or the entire amount of your stay will still be charged, even if you are not here. We will try to re- book your room if at all possible, .
but there will be a $25.00 service charge to do so. Cancellations must be made by directly speaking to the innkeeper at Summit Inn, either on the telephone or in person.
No Smoking except outdoors (Minnesota law). We will happily provide a container for you to dispose of the evidence.
Check-in time is 3:00 pm, but another check-in time may be arranged to fit your schedule if needed.
Check-out is 11:00 am.
Children under 12 years old, please inquire.
No candles allowed in guest rooms.
We will only very occasionally consider accepting a pet, on a per pet basis. There is an additional charge of $40.00, as an extra cleaning fee.
Summit Inn has no current resident cats or dogs
